Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 27, 2026

Schnitzer Agency (“Schnitzer Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our websites, webinar registration pages, forms, and text and email messages (together, the “Services”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

By using the Services, you agree to this policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you register for a webinar, fill out a form, or contact us, we collect what you choose to share, such as:

  • Your name, email address, and mobile phone number
  • Your state of residence
  • Your answers to our questions, such as whether you hold an insurance license and how much time you could commit
  • Anything you include when you email, text, or call us

Information collected automatically

When you visit our pages or open our emails, we and our partners may automatically collect:

  • Your IP address and approximate location based on it
  • Your device type, browser, operating system, and language
  • The pages you view, the links you click, the site that referred you, and the date and time of your visit
  • Whether you opened an email or clicked a link in it

We collect this through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, described in the Cookies and advertising section below.

Information from other sources

We may receive information about you from advertising platforms (for example, when you respond to one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram), from the tools we use to run forms and webinars, and from publicly available sources.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Register you for webinars and send you the link, reminders, and replays
  • Follow up with you about career opportunities with Schnitzer Agency, including scheduling calls
  • Answer your questions and respond to requests
  • Send you information about upcoming webinars, training, and events, where permitted by law
  • Measure how our pages and ads perform and improve them
  • Show you relevant ads on other platforms
  • Protect against fraud, spam, and misuse
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send you messages about webinars, appointment reminders, and career opportunities with Schnitzer Agency. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You must be 18 or older to opt in.

You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or email us at admin@theschnitzeragency.com. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of registering for a webinar or working with us.

We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, except service providers that help us deliver the messages.

How we share your information

We don’t sell your personal information for money. We share it only in these situations:

  • Service providers. Companies that help us run the Services, such as form, webinar, email, text messaging, scheduling, CRM, and hosting providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Insurance carriers and partners. If you decide to pursue licensing or contracting with us, we may share the information needed for onboarding with the insurance carriers and partners involved in that process.
  • Advertising and analytics partners. Partners such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) may receive information about your visits through pixels and cookies so we can measure our ads and show you relevant ads. Under some state laws this may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising.” See the next section for how to opt out.
  • Legal reasons. When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when needed to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers. If Schnitzer Agency is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that deal.
  • With your consent. In any other case where you’ve agreed to the sharing.

We may also share information that has been aggregated or de-identified so it can’t reasonably be linked to you.

Cookies and advertising

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Pixels are small pieces of code that tell a platform you visited a page or took an action. We use:

  • Essential cookies that make our pages and forms work
  • Analytics tools that show us how visitors use our pages
  • Advertising pixels, including the Meta Pixel, that measure our ads and help show our ads to people who have visited our pages

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may stop working. To limit ads based on your activity, you can adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings, or visit optout.aboutads.info. Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common standard for these signals, our Services do not currently respond to them. Where required by law, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of sharing for targeted advertising.

How long we keep your information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, such as following up about opportunities you’ve expressed interest in, or as long as the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete it or de-identify it.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

Our Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you and get a copy of it
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your personal information
  • Opt out of the sharing of your information for targeted advertising
  • Not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights

You can always unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and stop texts by replying STOP.

To make a request, email admin@theschnitzeragency.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will need to verify your identity, usually by confirming information we already have. You may use an authorized agent, but we’ll ask for proof that you gave them permission. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. Some requests may be limited by legal exceptions, and if we can’t fulfill a request, we’ll tell you why.

Our Services may link to websites we don’t control, such as podcast pages, video platforms, and social media. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version on this page and change the effective date above. Changes take effect when posted.
